Shipping Options
We provide multiple shipping options depending on the products and availability. The shipping cost and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order with us, we work diligently to process and prepare your items for safe shipping. Place allow 1-2 business days for order processing. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always keep you informed.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time varies depending on your chosen shipping method and delivery address. Standard delivery will usual take between 5-7 business days, while express delivery will usually take 1-2 business days. If you’re based in Barcelona, in some circumstances we can arrange same-day delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and know exactly when to expect your package.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us, we are an independent and small business and our customers matter to us. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, labels and accessories are intact.
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
How to Return an Item
To start the return process, please email hello@treehousebcn.com. Please include your order number, reason for return and contact details and we will confirm the return delivery address.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them for quality assurance, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you would prefer an exchange for a different size or colour, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
